Sachs Properties, the developer of Chesterfield Village, is building the new Downtown Chesterfield. Located at Chesterfield Parkway West and Interstate 64, this development will be adjacent to the 40-acre Central Park, Westfield Shoppingtown Chesterfield, the St. Louis County Library, the YMCA, and future restaurants and buildings. There will be walking trails throughout the development so that tenants can walk to facilities nearby, and the trail will also be connected through a unique park system and down to the Chesterfield levee.

The first phase will feature two office buildings and four freestanding buildings for retail and restaurants.  Central Park Square I,  a five-story, 100,000 square foot office building designed by well known architect, Gyo Obata of Hellmuth, Obata and Kasabaum, is currently under construction and should be available in Summer 2008.  The second office building is slated to be a six-story, 150,000 square foot building, also being designed by Gyo Obata. Fall 2008 we begin work on the four retail/restaurant buildings totaling 26,000 square feet.  These buildings were designed by Rod Callies of Callies Architects.  The interiors can be easily modified for any tenant.

Richard Meier Office Campus

The Richard Meier Office Campus commands an expansive view of Chesterfield. This 35-acre campus is located at Chesterfield Parkway West and Olive Boulevard. Designed by renowned architect, Richard Meier, it features 300,000 square feet of office space adjacent to mulitple restaurants, the Hilltown Village shopping center, and the United States Post Office.
